This pretty dress is made from vintage fabric.   The bodice has an
embroidered
collar.  The eyelet trim, has 2 row's of ribbon running threw it.  With gathered puff sleeve with a white cuff.
The gathered skirt has an
attached
petticoat of netting, trimmed with lace, with a red & white bow in the center. closes with buttons and ties with a white sash
